Tenuta San Pietro: Gavi San Pietro 2024 KRWein There are not many wineriesThis organic biodynamic Gavi comes from the Tassarolo region. The vineyard is located southwest at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. Terroir: limestone and clay soil, which allows a good presence of minerals. The vineyard area covers 22 hectares. The grapes are very selectively hand harvested. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control using only natural yeasts from the cellar. The wine has a bright
