Bricco Maiolica Rolando Langhe Chardonnay DOC 2023 Size::6 Bottle Case its aromas leaning more towardsThis wine is composed of Chardonnay grapes, it is fermentated in steel thanks and after it remaine at contact with the nobil yeasts for about 6 months, in March it is ready to make a bottling. It is flowery in summer and fruity in autumn, thanks to its body it is excellent with hors doeuvres and veal in tuna sauce. It is a perfect match with cold and mainly baked fish dishes. Very good for aperitif. Best served at 10C.
