a 52 mm (w) x 32 mm (h) MVD Eagle (Internal Affairs) & Spetsnaz Badge in gilt aluminum with red enamels pinned in place on the left side

Instituted on 27 November 1838 by Paul Friedrich August von Oldenburg. (1841 1918 Issue). A silver, straight armed cross patte with white enamelled arms, centre obverse presents the silvered crowned monogram PFL (Peter Friedrich Ludwig) over a blue enamelled field, bordered by a ring of red enamel bearing the inscription EIN GOTT EIN RECHT EINE
