The brightly focussed palate is pure and a wash with juicy red currant, dried inca berries, cherries, briary blackberries and herbaceous nuance. The ultra fine structure offers seamless tannin, supported by a lively acid backbone that will see this wine age gracefully at least for a decade. Would pair well with grilled Atlantic Salmon or eggplant
