Germany, Heer. An Army Panzergrenadier Tropical M41 Field Cap, By Carl Halfar United Republic of date stamped "1943" inside a(Heer Tropen Einheitsfeldmtze). This is an extremely well preserved Heer (Army) Tropical M41 field cap, constructed of olive drab cotton twill. The cap features decorative, integrated side panels fully lining the circumference of the crown, securely held in place by a row of machine stitching. The crown is flanked on each side by dual ventilation holes with magnetic metal eyelet reinforcements. The peak bears an insignia in the form of a grey threaded
