Philip Shaw No. 11 Chardonnay 2023 arnaud-lambert Opaque purple-coloredThe No11 Chardonnay is sourced from blocks 6 11 and 12 and is crafted from hand harvested grapes with overnight settlement. Indigenous yeasts were used for fermentation within French oak barriques of which 30% were new oak. Partial malolactic fermentation and battonage took place during maturation.
