Polished Eucryptite EU119 chalcedony Alcheringa narrina from the ArchaeanEU119 Eucryptite rough rock, cut and polished on one side with a natural back. A fluorescent mineral ! Pale blue associated mineral is Cleavelandite. Dimensions at widest points approximately 95 mm x 85 mm x 35 mm thick. Weighs 388 grams. Eucryptite is a lithium aluminium silicate that occurs in LCT pegmatites. Under shortwave UV light it fluoresces a deep red colour. From near Norseman in Western Australia
