Constructed of grey cotton, the exterior bearing a machine embroidered black inscription of HEERES VERWALTUNG (ARMY ADMINISTRATION) in Fraktur script, unmarked, measuring 190 mm (w) x 104 mm (h) when folded on a flat surface, the lower edge of the reverse shows a small spot of damage consistent with a burn mark, in very fine condition.
