Constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a ribbed ring with an inscription of GOTT MIT UNS (GOD IS WITH US) and oak leaf branches, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws retaining a period original leather strap, maker marked H. AURICH, DRESDEN with a manufacture date of 1937, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), the obverse eagle and swastika have been ground out (likely to facilitate postwar usage) and there is
