Lippe, Principality. An Order Of Leopold, Silver Merit Medal, C.1910 Hold and Stickpin: bronze gilt(Leopold Orden, Silberne Medaille). Instituted 24 June 1906 by Prince Leopold IV. (1908 1918 issue). Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension, the obverse with a leftward facing profile of Leopold IV, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with a central inscription of FR VERDIENST (FOR MERIT), inside of a laurel wreath, unmarked, measuring 28. 02 mm in diameter, weighing 12. 2 grams, in extremely fine condition.
