Spain, Facist State. A Blue Division Medal For Russian Service, Official Version For Soldiers GTRexclude with small decoration of Officer’s(Medalla de la Divison Azul). Instituted in 1943. In silvered tombac with black patination, measuring 36. 5 mm (w) x 50. 8 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, scattered silvering wear, light contact, original ribbon, suspended from a traditional horizontal hanger with pinback, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Blue Division Medal was awarded to Spanish soldiers who fought in the German Army on the Russian Front.
