In bronze, the obverse bearing the Savoy cross within a laurel wreath and mounted by a crown, encircled by the words AL VALORE MILITARE, the reverse bearing the inscription SOLDATO TOZZI MARIO in the center, MEDIO PIAVE 17 21 GIUGNO 1918 around the top and the bottom of the edge, 33. 4 mm in diameter, original ribbon, extremely fine.
