Tellurian Sommet Shiraz 2021 Size::1 Bottle with baked figsThe Sommet Shiraz is a single block wine made from a relatively tiny, densely populated block that was planted at Tellurian on the Mount Camel range ridgeline. 18 days on the skins, 10% whole bunch fermentation, pressed to seasoned 600L demi muids and barriques, and 8 months of oak ageing. This flagship shiraz, which comes from the Tellurian vineyard's highest point, is of some stature. Astonishingly rich hue, natural balance, the darkest of berries,
