Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, with a central Flak 88 with its barrel raised and extending beyond the right edge of the wreath, the reverse with a block hinge, unmarked, the wreath measuring 44. 76 mm (w) x 57. 15 mm (h), weighing 30. 1 grams, the pinback and catch are
