Domaine de la Mavette Vaucluse 2024 dolcetto di ovada lingonberryDomaine de la Mavettes winery is tucked into the woods above the village of Sablet and underneath the famous Dentelles de Montmiral that give topographical intrigue to Gigondas and Vacqueyras. Mavette makes great Gigondas and perhaps greater Sablet, but under the rougher and readier regional Vaucluse title, winemaker Jean Franois Lambert takes advantage of the greater freedom to experiment he is given with the less prestigious appellation. This wine
