Constructed of pebbled aluminum, the obverse bearing a raised German Red Cross (DRK) insignia in the form of a German national eagle clutching a Geneva Cross and overlaid by a mobile swastika, situated within an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, the reverse with a loop and attachment claws emanating from a functional roller, unmarked, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm
