A Naval Engine Operation Proficiency Badge, I Class United Republic of died on November 14In silver gilt chrysanthemum insignia, mounted to a base in silver with brown enamels, measuring 36. 5 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), vertical pinback, intact enamels, dark patina, extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, gilt characters on the lid, navy blue felt recessed medal bed, "C S" marked in handwritten black ink on the bottom, covering experiencing wear and separation from the lid and exposing the underlying wooden frame, case fair.
