Germany, HJ. A Flieger-HJ Field Cap Auction Likely made in 'Braca Knaus'(Flieger HJ Sommer Mtze). A well preserved Flieger HJ (Flyer HJ) field cap, constructed of khaki tan cotton rayon blended cloth. It is surrounded by decorated side walls which are sacred in place with dual rows of machine stitching and trimmed with light blue rayon piping. Stitched onto the lower peak is an HJ insignia executed in multi coloured machine embroidery, measuring 15 mm (w) x 25 mm (h). A wide brown leather sweatband surrounds the lower
