We allow a small amount of skin contact to encourage some colour but more importantly some texture from phenolics in our Pinot Gris. The result is a lovely blush coloured textural and crunchy Pinot Gris. The wine shows strawberry shortcake and naschi pear aromas and has a delicate and refreshing palate.
