A rare spoon from the personal cutlery set of Kaiser Wilhelm II, constructed of silver, the obverse of the handle featuring intricate raised floral and arabesque designs, set around the Kaisers engraved monogram, the reverse bearing analogous designs through the handle, bearing a manufacture date of 1895, a silver content number of 800 flanked by a crown indicating German manufacture, and the makers mark of Sy & Wagner of Berlin,
