Cigliuti Dolcetto Serraboella 2015 blaye The wine is round and"Allocation only, email wine@worldwine. com. au to secure allocation" 100% Dolcetto from the Serraboella cru in Neive. These vines have an average age of twenty years and grow on a southwest facing site on calcareous soils at an altitude of 350m. The must is fermented in steel vats at controlled temperatures before ageing for nine months in steel vats. The first vintage of this wine was 1964.
