Sisters at 67 metres—with its slightly alluvial silt soils—is a gentle site

Lively aromas of white peaches tropical fruit and honeydew melon with a hint of grapefruit

The fruit was fermented wild and raised in steel tank

followed by slow fermentation at a controlled temperature with daily plunging for 15-20 days

The vineyard was dry grown for many years but is steadily being revitalised since Brett and Elaine took over the property. The grapes for this bock come from the stonier soils of the Top block. The grapes were fermented in small batches and after fermentation was matured in 50% new French oak
