Constructed of gilded and blackened zink, the obverse consisting of a central circular blackened laurel wreath, joined together at the bottom by a swastika, around an upward pointing winged arrow, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, the bottom of the wreath with dual integral loops accommodating a hanger bearing a raised number 400 flanked by laurel leaves, the reverse with a crimped barrel
