White, St. James's, of study construction and of extremely high grade, all original components, named to "Major R. Bradley 85th Heavy Bty R. C. A." written into the sweatband, interior circumference of 54 cm, period worn, very fine. Footnote: The regiment was created in 1920 as one of the recommendations of the Otter Committee. In the Second World War it manned the coastal defence artillery guns that
