Civil Division. Multi piece construction, in bronze gilt with red, white, green and blue enamels, measuring 29mm (w) x 57. 3mm (h inclusive of cross adorned horizontally pierced ball), weighs 21. 9 grams (including ribbon), worn on original ribbon via an elongated loop with white enamel details, unmarked but of Rothe manufacture, enamel wear on the crown, light gilt
