It has a standing collar and dramatic bishop sleeves, which are cuffed at the wrist. The bodice closes by hook and eye closures. The skirt remains open. We are unsure of the designer and maker of this piece, but it appears to be a work of couture if not made by a superior seamstress. Slip not included. But we see it over a catsuit or open with cigarette pants and a silk tee!
