Two piece construction of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by mobile swastika, overlaid by a swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching a pair of lightning bolts, the reverse with two visible rivets securing the obverse eagle in place, with a slightly raised barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round
