Jumping out of the glass with intensity are lime, lemon and orange rind scents followed by talc and mineral notes. Mouth watering flavours of lime, citrus and orange rind are delivered with terrific concentration and textural volume across the palate. Chalky talc and flinty mineral elements linger underneath. Finishes dry and crisp with crunchy acidity and a long snappy aftertaste.
