Constructed of a two piece red cotton cloth base, the obverse overlaid by a white cotton disc measuring 70 cm in diameter, in turn bearing a dyed black Balkan Cross, unmarked, measuring 200 cm (w) x 90 cm (h), demonstrating only minor soiling and material fatigue, in extremely fine condition.
