Poland, Second Republic. Two Spink-made Miniature Crosses of Merit, I Class Gold Grade, c.1941 United Republic of measuring 820 mm (diameter)(Krzy Zasugi). Instituted in 1923. Type II Includes: 1. I Class Gold Grade with Swords: in silver gilt with red and white enamels, unmarked, measuring 19. 3 mm (w) x 30 mm (h) inclusive of its swords suspension, original ribbon. 2. I Class Gold Grade: in silver gilt with red and white enamels, unmarked, measuring 19. 3 mm (w) x 19. 7 mm (h), original ribbon. Intact enamels, together, extremely fine.
