A Rare Austrian U-Boat Crewman’s Sleeve Insignia, with Stick Pin Miniature Republic of maker marked "Hoffstätter Bonn"(rmelabzeichen fr sterreichische U Boot Besatzungsmitglieder, mit Anstecknadel). Constructed of gilded and silvered zink, the obverse consisting of a faithful depiction of the Austro Hungarian U Boat War Badge in the form of a fouled anchor flanked by initials UB (UNTERSEEBOOT), affixed with all four reverse attachment prongs to a magnetic metal backplate with a dark navy blue wool backer indicating use on the Kriegsmarine uniform of identical colour,
