Their benchmark Chteauneuf du Pape is sourced from at least 50 years old south facing vines. After a traditional fermentation, the wine is matured in a mix of concrete vat, 600L and 200L oak barrels. Made with Grenache, Syrah, Mourvdre, Counoise, Cinsault, Terret noir, Vaccarse, Clairette and Bourboulenc.
