A Late Nineteenth Century Irish Lord Lieutenant's Full Dress Epaulette Pair Newly Listed French Vichy Fascist Cloth BadgeLarge, decorative stiff framed epaulettes, uppers in very fine silver wire with a smooth finish and trimmed in rolled and twisted wire on the edges, button illustrating the Victorian crown surrounded by an open ended wreath of laurel leaves at the neck end, large raised silver bullion wire ridge flanked with two rows of rolled wire trim butting the protruding wide oval cap, illustrating an insignia incorporating a cluster of three shamrocks in gold
