Constructed of a wooden frame with a faux dark blue leather liner executed in a brick pattern, the lid bearing a gilt inscription of LUFTWAFFEN=FLUGZEUGFHRER=ABZEICHEN in Fraktur script, the interior a padded dark blue rayon lid liner and intact hinge cover, with a slotted dark blue velvet medal bed, closing with a functional magnetic metal spring catch with exterior stud release, unmarked but demonstrating the
