Second War German Africa Corps (Dak) M40 Tropical Shorts Auction Archive maker marked WThis is a pair of German Africa Corps (Deutsches Afrikakorps) model Tropical M40 shorts (Kurze Hose), crafted out of olive coloured medium cotton and olive thread. In place of a zipper, it features four metal cross stitched buttons facing outwards, and two metal cross stitched buttons to ensure a snug fit. There is a small horizontal slit pocket to the front left and two horizontal slit pockets on both front sides. There is also a horizontal slit
