Lightly sweet and floral, this fresh and zesty sparkling wine oozes with flavours of mandarin orange sorbet, passion fruit and candied ginger. Great summer drinking and an ideal aperitif, try it with Asian dishes and lobster. It also goes perfectly with pastry, fruit based and creamy desserts, and blue cheeses.
