It states that Schtze (Rifleman) Manfred Mucha is awarded the Iron Cross 2nd Class. The document is dated to west of Muschkowitschi in the Smolensk oblast on August 1, 1941. Mucha is part of the 20th Infantry Division. The certificate is signed in black ink by Major General and Division Commander Hans Zorn (18911943), a recipient of the Knights Cross and posthumous
