In silver, measuring 30 mm (w) x 41. 8 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, scattered tarnishing, original ribbon with hook and eye, near extremely fine. Footnote: Prince Chichibu of Japan made a state visit to Manchukuo in 1934 and Emperor Pu Yi was obliged to repay this visit in April 1935, thus clearly showing the puppet status of the Empire. This visit was commemorated by a metal established by Imperial Edict No. 116 of
