A circular silver medal, the obverse centre presents the right facing portrait of King Karl (Charles), circumscribed by the inscription KOENIG KARL JUBILAEUMSTIFTUNG (KING KARL ANNIVERSARY), the reverse centre presents the inscription FR LANGJHRIGE TREUE DIENSTE (FOR MANY YEARS OF LOYAL SERVICES), surrounded by a wreath of oak leaves, measuring 26. 22 mm in diameter, on loop for
