A Heer EM NCOs belt buckle, constructed of pebbled aluminum, the obverse bearing a central Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, situated within a circular ribbed ring bearing an inscription of GOTT MIT UNS (GOD WITH US) with oak leaf branches, the reverse with a catch and claws emanating from a functional roller, maker marked with the logo of Richard Sieper & Shne,
