The wine shows delicacy and finesse on the palate. It is crisp and clean and lingers wonderfully in the mouth. The lime is the dominant fruit character on the palate, backed by the floral notes. The natural acidity gives great structure and balance, but still the palate has a tantalizing juiciness.
