Made from an original blend of Arneis (80%), Sauvignon Blanc (10%), and Chardonnay (10%), it comes from vineyards cultivated according to sustainable practices, without irrigation and with calibrated bunch thinning depending on the vintage. Each variety is vinified separately, to preserve its identity, and ages for 18 24 months in stainless steel
