Russia, Soviet Union. An Order Of The October Revolution consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac the loop maker marked “KO”( ). Instituted in 1967. Three piece construction, in silver with red enamels, the hammer and sickle insignia in silver gilt, mint marked " " (Monetny Dvor) and number engraved "39140" on the reverse, measuring 43. 2 mm (w) x 43. 7 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, original ribbon, mounted to a five sided aluminum suspension with pinback, intact enamels, light contact, near extremely fine.
