Cellier Saint Benoit Arbois Pupillin Gryphées Trousseau 2022 mitolo this variety—now exclusive to ArmagnacTheres just a single Trousseau bottling of this year, and it takes its name from the oyster like, fossilised molluscs found in the vineyards calcaire gryphes limestone soils. This is a very small cuve in 2022, cropped from just 0. 25 hectres of vines planted in the adjacent lieux dits of Cte de Feule and Fonteneille, at 390 400 metres.
