The block is 35 years old and consists of MV6 Pinot Noir. The grapes were divided into two seperate ferments one with 100% whole bunches, and the other with whole berries. The whole bunch component adds an aromatic lift to the wine, as well as a complex savoury element and structure. Meanwhile, the whole berry portion contributes juicy fruits and fills
