by filling potentially dangerous flaws in rules and regulations and by removing organizational anomalies at Air Headquarters and at the bases

The painted scabbard finish is fine showing usual wear

In its case of issue, marked "50" surrounded by an open ended wreath on the lid, inside of the case marked "Deschler und Sohn, Mnchen"; case slightly scuffed, in worn condition.
