Germany, Heer. A Marksmanship Lanyard, Grade 5 certificate_of_authenticity 9mm (w) x 108(Heer Schtzenschnur, 5. Stufe). Constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, surrounding a central pebbled shield overlaid by crossed swords, affixed with all four reverse attachment prongs to a lanyard constructed of multiple rows of twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire which culminates at each
