plaid pencil mermaid skirt farmercore front has some wonderful cichlidsthis classy lil piece tight tight pencil skirt that flares out at the bottom, waist measures at 26 inches and its 24 inches long! the fabric does have a lil bit of stretch but not a ton. my hips measure at 37 inches and i wouldnt say it would stretch more than an inch or two past that .. but yo its got cute little belt loops.
