This gorgeous skirt is made from an antique, circa 1890's 1910's, skirt hem or trim in soft Ivory color lightweight (semi opaque) cotton with reticulated or cutaway eyelets, flanked by self colored embroideries and lined with cotton mesh net skinny panels.
