Covered in green and tangerine silk florals along with some greenery. Excellent condition. The silk flowers show only minimal age. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 13 inches. Inner circumference is 21 inches but given the wire edging there is some ease there. Label is LoRene Select, Baldwin's of Lynchburg is the store. Don't hesitate to ask questions.
